Στα πλαίσια της αδελφοποίησης του σχολείου μας με το Λύκειο Juliette Recamier της Λυών πραγματοποιήθηκε επίσκεψη 23 μαθητών και τριών καθηγητών από το εν λόγω Λύκειο στην Αθήνα, το διάστημα 10/10/2019 – 17/10/2019.
Οι μαθητές και οι καθηγητές φιλοξενήθηκαν στα σπίτια αντίστοιχα μαθητών και καθηγητών του σχολείου μας και στο διάστημα της εβδομάδας αυτής έγιναν κοινές πρόβες για το θεατρικό έργο «Δύσκολος» του αρχαίου κωμικού Μένανδρου, το οποίο παρουσιάστηκε στο Δημοτικό θέατρο της Πεύκης, παρουσία του Δημάρχου Πεύκης κου Α.Μαυρίδη, της Σχολικής Συμβούλου παιδαγωγικής ευθύνης κας Δήμητρας Μακρή, του Διευθυντή του Σχολείου κου Α.Κότσιφα,του πρώην Δημάρχου Πεύκης κου Θεοδωρακόπουλου, μελών του συλλόγου των καθηγητών, γονέων, μαθητών και πολλών άλλων.
Το έργο , μία σύμπραξη Γάλλων και Ελλήνων μαθητών και καθηγητών, είχε, κατά κοινή ομολογία μεγάλη επιτυχία.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της εβδομάδας αυτής , έγιναν επίσης επισκέψεις στο Εθνικό Αρχαιολογικό μουσείο, στον Βράχο της Ακρόπολης και στο Μουσείο Ακρόπολης, στον Ναό του Ποσειδώνα στο Σούνιο,καθώς και στο Ίδρυμα Σταύρος Νιάρχος.
Ακολούθως ,στο διάστημα 16/11/2019 -22/11/2019 έγινε επίσκεψη των Ελλήνων μαθητών στο Λύκειο Juliette Recamier στη Λυών.
Το έργο παρουσιάστηκε αυτή τη φορά μπροστά στο γαλλικό ακροατήριο, με αντίστοιχη επιτυχία. Έγιναν επισκέψεις στην παλιά πόλη της Λυών, στο Μουσείο φυσικής Ιστορίας Des Confluences στο ιστορικό θέατρο Celestines, σε μουσείο μινιατούρας και κινηματογράφου.
Συνολικά το πρόγραμμα στέφθηκε με απόλυτη επιτυχία, έγιναν ποικίλες ανταλλαγές πολιτιστικού περιεχομένου, οι μαθητές γνώρισαν τόσο έναν άλλο πολιτισμό όσο και μαθητές ενός άλλου εκπαιδευτικού συστήματος.
